  • Booking & Registration: When you book a rental car, we collect personal information required for the rental agreement, including your full name, identity card (IC) or passport number, driving license details, phone number, email address, and supporting verification documents (e.g., flight itinerary or utility bills).

  • Payment Information: Payment transactions are securely processed via our integrated payment gateway, HitPay. We do not directly store your credit card or banking details on our servers.

  • Vehicle Tracking (GPS): For safety, security, and fleet management purposes, our rental vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices to monitor the vehicle’s location during the rental period.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in to manage your rental account, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks.
