  • Reservation Policy: Booking a vehicle online and paying the RM100 deposit secures your vehicle queue. However, final vehicle allocation is subject to availability, fleet schedules, and verification of eligibility (valid driving license, IC/Passport, and supporting documents) upon collection.

  • Mechanical Breakdown: While we maintain our fleet to high safety and mechanical standards, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from mechanical breakdowns, delays, or disruptions to your travel itinerary.

2. Insurance and Liability (CDW)

  • Coverage Limits: Basic rental rates include standard third-party insurance coverage. Any full or partial reduction of your out-of-pocket financial liability for vehicle damage or theft is strictly governed by the specific Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) package purchased during booking.

  • Exclusions: CDW protections do not cover damages caused by gross negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, unauthorized drivers, off-road usage, or breaches of the standard Rental Agreement.

  • We are strictly not responsible or liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, valuables, or luggage left inside the rental vehicle during or after the rental period. Renters are advised to secure their items at all times.
